• All transactions are executed through licensed third-party payment processors and financial institutions.
• Processing times, approvals, reversals, settlements, and chargebacks are governed by Third-Party Provider rules.

Payope makes no guarantee regarding transaction success, speed, or availability.

6. AML, KYC & Regulatory Compliance

To comply with Cyprus, EU, and international regulations, Payope applies strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

You acknowledge and agree that:
a. Identity verification may be required at any time
b. Additional documentation may be requested
c. Transactions may be monitored, delayed, blocked, reversed, or reported
d. Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or terminated

Failure to comply may result in permanent account closure without liability to Payope.

7. Sanctions & Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services in connection with:

• Illegal goods or services
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive practices
• Activities prohibited under EU, UN, OFAC, or Cyprus law

Payope may immediately suspend Services to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
